Edmund brings extensive experience in national and global promotional marketing. For over a decade, he led the international marketing department for Club France, a private enterprise under the French Government Tourist Office and Maison De La France, based in New York City. During his tenure, he developed and directed numerous successful campaigns promoting tourism to France and Monaco, in collaboration with The French Institute Alliance Française and The French Embassy.
He also spearheaded major international campaigns for the French Government Tourist Office, reintroducing high-profile brands to the U.S. market. This included partnerships with prestigious companies such as Moët & Chandon, Dom Pérignon, American Express, Gucci, Air France, Visa, Boeing, Peugeot, Renault, Christian Dior, Prada, Coco Chanel, and Michelin.
Edmund’s team at La Maison Française was instrumental in promoting these brands, and he organized special events, including exclusive galas at the Louvre Museum.
Beyond these international campaigns, he collaborated with the global touring division of Relais & Châteaux, focusing on preserving and promoting the world’s rich culinary, gastronomic, and hospitality traditions. Representing Club France and FRANCE Magazine, he was instrumental in generating millions of dollars in revenue for the French Department of Tourism.
Currently residing on the Island of Palm Beach, Edmund is actively involved in the Palm Beach Board of Realtors, Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, Greater Ft. Lauderdale, the Florida Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors.
With 30 years as a real estate investor and a Global Advisor specializing in luxury waterfront properties, he offers a diverse portfolio, ranging from charming bungalows to multi-million-dollar estates across Florida’s coastlines, from Jupiter to the Florida Keys.
An accomplished writer and author of WHEN SELLING YOUR HOME, Edmund is also a teacher, musician, and passionate public speaker.
His extensive experience in marketing, public relations, advertising, and social media uniquely positions him to market luxury or waterfront properties, whether for selling, buying, or investing.
Under the guidance of Michel Bouquier, then Director of the French Government Tourist Office and now Senior Advisor at the Finance and Economy Department of Monaco, Edmund’s campaigns promoted French and Monégasque tourism in the U.S. market.
His real estate ventures continue under the leadership of Mayi De la Vega, Founder and CEO of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, a firm with $8.9 billion in sales a year.
