WHY I WROTE THE BOOK

My name is Edmund DeSoto. And yes this was my apartment in Fort Lauderdale right off Las Olas Boulevard.

I am a Global Real Estate Advisor for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. I have written this book with you, my future client in mind, so that together we can sell your property, swiftly and more efficiently. By reading my book you will acquire my optional staging opinions and suggestions for each one of your rooms in your home. We will work together on how to create jaw dropping gasps from your curb onlookers so your home will be more appealing and desirable.

I will share with you how to become aware of the significance of pronounced pictures to promote your property in real estate, how to counterbalance your home, what maintenance or touch-ups will increase the value of your home and which ones will not.

These are methods I have used before while working for the advertising and promotional department of The French Government Tourist Office in New York. I learned these techniques through extensive training at Maison de la France and Relais & Châteaux. They worked three hundred years ago, and they still work today. More importantly together we will work on helpful tips that will increase the sale dollar amount of your home.

Many times, sellers underestimate the value of their property. Chances are, not always, but at times, that the amount that we can get for your home is more than what you previously estimated.
